I rip that and reburn the whole disc with the hidden track "exposed". To get around it I use a CD ripper (fre:ac) that "sees" the hidden track. As soon as I put a CD in that doesn't play I know that there's some information before track 1. If I go further it just spins and doesn't read it. I have to advance to track 2 then rewind to the 00:01 of track 1.
